REGISTRATION IS OPEN --- After reading carefully the following section "Conference Fees", you will find the notice for registration on the bottom of this page.

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JUNE 5, 2014

Conference Fees

     Academics - Early registration (before June 5, 2014):  340 euros (or 270 euros without social events)
     Academics - Registration (after June 5, 2014):  400 euros (or 330 euros without social events)
     Student registration (available only before June 5, 2014):  250 euros (or 180 euros without social events)
     Accompanying persons:  250 euros






The early registration deadline for payment by University command order (for French University only) or by bank tranfert and the student registration deadline have been extended to June 7th 2014 (see at the bottom of this page to validate these processes)

Conference fees include:
  • admission to all sessions,
  • conference proceedings,
  • coffee breaks,
  • lunchs,
  • welcome reception.
Social events include:
  • conference diner,
  • Etretat (in Normandie) visit
Conference fees for accompanying persons include:
  • lunchs,
  • welcome reception,
  • conference diner,
  • Etretat (in Normandie) visit.

Registration

  • If you want to pay the registration by on-line process with bank card, just go below on the link for Registration procedure, at the bottom of the page.
  • For University command order (French Universities/Institutes only) or for bank transfert payment, you have to, first, register by filling the on-line Registration procedure below, at the bottom of the page, otherwise your registration will not be recorded. Then you will have to complete the payment using the following information:

    • a copy of the University command order (the original will have to be given at the registration desk at the beginning of the conference)
