Deadlines

The authors can submit to the general sessions of the conference according to the call for paper. The deadline of their submission for these general sessions are described below.

Satellites Workshops will be proposed too and the organizers of these workshops will manage their own submission process and their own deadline submission.

All the contributions need to be produced in camera-ready version, before the end of May as mentionned below, for the general sessions author contributions and for the Satellite Workshops organizers contributions.

It is recommended to submit first an abstract, then the full paper. However, the submission of the full paper alone is accepted.

April 17, 2014:	Submission of full papers for general sessions
April 17, 2014:	Submission of Satellite Workshops Proposal
May 12, 2014:	Notification of acceptance for papers of the general sessions
May 26, 2014:	Authors provide camera-ready manuscripts for general sessions
May 26, 2014:	Satellite Workshop Organizers provide camera-ready manuscripts for their whole Satellite Workshop contribution and then provide the planning of their Satellite Workshop
