Registration for SAND 2026 is open !

 The conference will be held on July 1–3, 2026 in Le Havre, France.

A  registration is required for each accepted paper. An author may register more than once if needed.

A registration is required for each brief announcement, unless a co-author is already registered. 

If you are registering one or more accepted papers, please fill the form (see below) for each paper.

Registration fees

• Early Regular (until June 10, 2026): 350 €
• Late Regular (after June 10, 2026): 450 €
• Early Student (until June 10, 2026): 200 € (proof of enrollment may be requested)
• Late Student (after June 10, 2026): 300 € (proof of enrollment may be requested)

What’s Included

The registration includes all coffee breaks, one lunch per day, the visiting tour, the social dinner, and the costs of publishing the online, open-access proceedings.

It does not include the accommodation, breakfast, and dinners (other than the social dinner).
