Paper Submission

All submissions should be written in English and not published before in other conferences proceedings or periodicals.

According to the deadline indications, it is recommended to submit first an abstract, then the full paper. However, the submission of the full paper alone is accepted.

If you want to submit to a special session presented here, you have to send your paper directly to the special session organizers (their mails are indicated on the special session web page) and not using the in-line submission as follow.

If you don't want to submit to special sessions but directly to the general conference, you should submit your manuscripts using the
Easychair ICCSA 2009 web site.

Please follow the instructions of this website and start to register and obtain an account as an author, if you never use Easychair before. This will allow you to follow the submission and review processing and to be added in the mailing list. Authors must provide detailed mailing address with postcode, telephone number, fax number and E-mail address, following the initial registration on Easychair.

The accepted papers will be published in the Conference proceedings. Selected papers on specific thematic could lead to publication in special issue of international journals such as Journal of Nonlinear Systems and Applications, DCDIS Series A, DCDIS Series B, ...

It is highly recommended that the authors use LATEX or WORD to prepare the final manuscripts, which should be in standard IEEE paper two-column format. The previous limitation to 5 pages is not necessary for this first stage of submission.

Author kit

Papers must be formatted according to the IEEE standard double-column format. The file template.pdf contains a sample.

If you are preparing your paper using Latex, you can find some Latex templates here.

If you are preparing your paper using Word, you can find some Word templates here.

All papers must be submitted as PDF (Portable Document Format). NO OTHER FORMATS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please do not number pages.

Poster Session

Poster session will be organized. However, abstracts (1 page) must be submitted. In this case, it is also possible to submit full papers.
