Submission
Prospective authors are invited to provide their submissions using the following Easychair web site for ECCS'12 Satellites. From this web site, take care to select the satellite named "Self-Organization, Management and Control". You are invited to submit first, a short abstract on this Easychair web site to declare your willing to participate. Before the deadline, you have to provide two kinds of submissions: (i) a full paper with no page limit or (ii) an extended abstract composed of one or two pages. Please follow the instructions of this website and start to register and obtain an account as an author. This will allow you to follow the submission and review processing and to be added in the mailing list.
Author kit
The final version of the articles must be written using the SOMC style author kit. A sample paper of this style should be consulted to ensure that the requirements concerning format and style are followed (sample paper).
Authors are encouraged to use the SOMC TeX Macro package for LaTeX. The template with the macros is available here. This style is identical to the JNSA style given previously for the submission, except some few lines in the file header.
Author have to send their final paper to somc2012eccs12@gmail.com:
- a pdf file using the SOMC latex style, as described before;
- a zip file including all the latex source files and figure files allowing to recompose your final contribution in pdf.
Proceedings
Specific proceedings volume for SOMC'2012 will be printed out and available in printed version and CD-ROM format for the contributors. Electronic version of these proceedings in pdf format, will be also available on the program page on this web site on September 1st, 2012.
After the conference, all the accepted papers could be submitted in extended version to be published in international journals or for a new volume in Springer series "Understanding Complex Systems". The international journal JNSA, Watam press is one possible issue for the post-publication activities. Specific deadlines will be given later for this journal publication.
