The problem of DNA sequencing by hybridation methods is
	considered in this paper when all kinds of errors are taken into account. A
	distributed method based on dynamic orga- nizations of reactive agents is
	used in an environment com- posed by a SBH-graph (Sequencing by
	Hybridation). Explo- rations of such graphs are studied with contraints
	represent- ing the possible errors comming from the DNA sequencing
	operation. With these explorations, we ¿nally ¿nd a set of sequences that
	we try to minimize and which have to con- taint the original sequence.
